Debit Card
The Buckhead Community Bank's debit card allows you to pay for purchases with funds in your checking account, or withdraw cash from thousands of ATMs. Our card works like a check and an ATM card, with no monthly service fee. You'll save time while making your purchases, and since debit purchases show up directly on your bank statement, you'll have the added benefit of always knowing how much money you have in your account.
The Buckhead Community Bank waives all ATM fees you may be accessed at ATM machines worldwide.
If your ATM card has been stolen, call 404-231-2265 to immediately close and re- order a new ATM card.
If your Debit card has been stolen or lost, call 404-231-2265 or your local branch during regular business hours to cancel your lost/stolen card and order a new card with your chosen PIN. If you lose your Debit card or if it is stolen after regular bank hours, call 1-800-500-1044 to cancel the lost/stolen card and order a new card with your chosen PIN.
As an added level of protection, the Buckhead Community Family of Banks provides enhanced fraud protection for our debit cards. We will monitor your card transactions for any unusual activity. If a fraudulent transaction(s) is suspected, an automated voice system or a fraud specialist will attempt to contact you to verify the validity of the suspected transaction(s). If we are unable to reach you, the fraud department will make a decision on your behalf to either place a hold or to allow transactions to continue to clear on your debit card. A message will be left on your phone with instructions on how to contact the fraud monitoring department to confirm the validity of the suspected transactions. The contact number for the fraud monitoring department is 1-866-543-6313. Please remember that this number is only valid if the fraud monitoring department has contacted you regarding possible fraudulent transactions.
